What an awesome experience. The best way to experience corporate businesses by learning from the best in the business. Awesome learning experiences, and great networks. Would love to work for Kohler again!

Nothing I would change. The location was a bit hard because I am not from the Kohler, WI area, but very easy to move.

What I liked

I really enjoyed all the opportunities for the interns. They have an intern program that allows you to learn a lot about the company and different areas, as well as many networking opportunities. I also loved the flexible work schedule, and ability to learn in depth about what the supply planners do on a daily basis.

What I wish was different

I had an amazing experience at Kohler and don't really have anything I would want to change. After a summer there, I would like to go back and work for the company full time.

Advice

When looking for internships, they take time and patience. Don't get frustrated if you don't get one right away. Every company has a different timeline and if you are truly passionate about working for them, you will be able to accept that.

I wish it would have been relayed that the hours were going to be different than advertised. Was expecting 8 hour days and ended up working 10 hours everyday all summer
