  • A Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Strong communication and classroom management abilities.
  • Patience and understanding when working with high school students.
  • The ability to effectively teach Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Pre-calculus, and Calculus.

Your role will involve:

  • Creating and implementing engaging, standards-based lesson plans.
  • Developing comprehensive syllabi.
  • Ensuring student safety and well-being in the classroom.
  • Timely grading of homework, quizzes, and exams.
  • Communicating student needs and program requirements to the director.
  • Actively participating in professional development and team meetings.
