Manufacturing Engineering Technician
We’re looking for a motivated Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support our Engineering team in designing and implementing processes, equipment, and facility projects. This role is key in helping us create an efficient, safe, and innovative work environment. From process improvements to new technology implementation, you’ll play a part in shaping the future of our manufacturing operations.
What You’ll Do
Update and maintain plant layouts and facility maps using AutoCAD.
Create 3D workstation, jig, and fixture designs using SolidWorks.
Use a 3D printer to produce tools, jigs, and fixtures.
Assist in the design and implementation of new machinery, systems, and technology.
Prepare reports, statistics, layouts, and project recommendations.
Plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment.
Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned.
Tools & Technology
Software: Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks
Tools: Computers, 3D printer, meters, and other technical tools
Working Hours
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM until production is complete
One maintenance team member stays late on a weekly rotation to lock up
Occasional Saturdays: Rare, as needed
What We’re Looking For
Education/Experience: Associate’s degree in Engineering or related field, or 0–3 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced formulas), AutoCAD, and SolidWorks
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, logical thinking, analytical ability, and communication skills
