Role and Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatments recommended by the provider  as well as treatments received. 
• Act as a liaison between patient and provider on questions and concerns. 
• Answers patients calls and determines how to assist them. 
• Works as part of a health care team to assess patient needs, plans and modifies care, and implements interventions.
• Some travel required to Baton Rouge area clinics based on staffing needs basis (Baton Rouge & Prairieville).
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current state licensure required

Preferred Education or Experience

• 1 years of related experience
