Title: SAT and Academics Private Coach & Mentor

Our Program is constantly looking for talented Coaches who are passionate about academics and mentoring to help high school students achieve their SAT and get accepted to their dream colleges. This role is perfect for motivated university students looking to enhance their leadership and coaching skills to demonstrate strong presentation abilities to future employers.

As an SAT Private Coach, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 coaching to students preparing for the SAT exam. This will include developing personalized study curricula, reviewing key concepts and test-taking strategies, and providing support and motivation to students. 
 

About the Coaching Role:

• Hold 1:1 online sessions with the student weekly to go over SAT content and drills
  • Students come in on a rolling basis. Students will be assigned to you when they have enrolled.
  • Programs are typically for 36 Hours with the Coach and is typically allocated 90 minutes per week per student over 6 months.
• Each coach will be assigned 1-3 students based on their flexibility and performance in helping the students achieve their goals.
• Engage in frequent motivating communication with students to support their progress and ensure assignment completion.
• Tigerway curriculum slides and a digital library will be included to help with preparation.
• Ipad and Apple Pencil aren’t required but would be strongly preferred when running sessions online.

Requirements:

• Deeply passionate about helping students achieve their SAT and Academic goals
• Highly reliable and and disciplined personality to ensure accountability with student success
• A track record of growing your own scores during your high school study process
• Previous experience in SAT coaching or academic tutoring is preferred
• Deep understanding of the SAT exam structure and topics
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and improvement
