Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Contract Dates: 09/15/25 – 10/27/25
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Pay Rate: $32/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Tuscumbia, AL facility on a 7-week contract. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensure compliance with care plans, and support a safe, comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care according to care plans and physician orders.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

Monitor and document patients’ conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.

Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to ensure quality care.

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of Alabama.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Minimum 1-year experience in long-term care, hospital, or healthcare setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work night/evening PRN or contract shifts as scheduled.
