We are a top-rated outpatient clinic specializing in injury prevention, pain relief, and workers' compensation rehab. We’re now seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist (30+ hours per week) to join our growing team and help us continue providing exceptional care to the Corridor.

We’re looking for a motivated Physical Therapist with a passion for orthopedic and outpatient care. While 2+ years of experience is preferred, we’re happy to provide training and mentorship for the right candidate who’s eager to learn and grow.
Experience with workers' compensation injuries and industrial rehabilitation is a plus, but not required.
Current Iowa PT license & registration (required).
A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
Ability to work some early morning (7:30 AM) and late afternoon ( 4:30-5:30 PM) appointments.
Position Details:
Full-Time (30+ hours/week) – Hours may vary week to week, but flexibility is key.
Location: Work at both Cedar Rapids and Hiawatha clinics, with some on-site visits at local companies for ergonomics assessments and injury prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and follow-up visits in-clinic or on-site at company locations.
Document patient progress through accurate evaluations, progress notes, and daily notes.
Provide injury prevention education and techniques to companies during on-site visits.
Perform ergonomic assessments of workstations to ensure a safer working environment.
Help manage patient care workflow, maintain quality service, and ensure a safe work environment for patients and staff.
Uphold excellent customer service standards and stay committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of the role.
