ABA Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with children with disabilities, providing individualized support and implementing behavior intervention plans. This role is essential in helping clients develop essential skills and improve their overall quality of life. The ABA Therapist will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring that all interventions adhere to HIPAA guidelines and best practices in behavioral health.

Duties

· Implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

· Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of children with disabilities.

· Collect and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments.

· Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

· Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support the child’s development.

· Provide patient care that fosters a supportive and nurturing environment for clients.

· Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in special education and behavioral health.

· Previous experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities, is highly desirable.

· Familiarity with special education practices and patient care methodologies.

· Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and their application in a therapeutic setting.

· Experience in data collection methods relevant to behavioral assessments.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.

· A background in diagnostic evaluation techniques is a plus.
