Rehabilitation Technician
Position Summary
The Rehabilitation Technician (Rehab Tech) provides vital support to Rise Pediatric Therapy’s clinical team by assisting therapists (Speech and Occupational) in preparing and maintaining therapy spaces, managing equipment and supplies, and supporting day-to-day clinic operations. The Rehab Tech helps ensure a smooth and efficient environment so that therapists can focus on providing high-quality, family-centered care.
Essential Responsibilities
Therapy Support
Prepare therapy rooms and materials before sessions.
Assist therapists with set-up and clean-up of treatment activities.
Maintain and sanitize therapy equipment and toys per clinic safety guidelines.
Operational & Administrative Support
Maintain organized supply areas; monitor inventory and notify office staff of needed items.
Support front office and therapy staff with photocopying, laminating, or preparing therapy materials.
Clinic Environment
Ensure therapy rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming.
Assist with sanitization of toys and materials according to Rise protocols.
Participate in special projects or clinic events as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in therapy, healthcare, education, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in childcare, education, healthcare, or therapy setting is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with therapists, administrative staff, children, and families.
Comfortable interacting with children ages birth–12, including those with developmental delays or sensory/behavioral differences.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and support safe movement of therapy equipment.

Schedule & Compensation
Flexible scheduling based on clinic needs (primarily Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM).
Position may be part-time or full-time.
Hourly rate dependent on experience.
