We’re currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our leadership team. This is a rewarding opportunity to shape care in a setting where your expertise and heart for service will make a lasting impact on both residents and staff.

The DON provides administrative and clinical leadership for nursing staff to promote the delivery of high quality care.
The DON develops, revises, monitors and implements the department budget to promote appropriate resources.
The DON develops, implements, and evaluates the nursing department all while meeting regulatory compliance.
The DON serves as a nursing liaison with internal/external groups, residents/families, general public, and other health care providers.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, which must be in good standing
- Two (2) years of RN experience with at least one (1) year in long term care, home care, or related area.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possess the ability to make independent decisions and have the ability to prioritize duties.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
