Job Summary:
Ike’s Construction is seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and present project reports, including cost analysis and performance metrics.
• Supervise on-site construction teams and provide leadership and direction.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain a high level of quality control and ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
