Mental Health Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team. Must be licensed to practice in Maryland or eligible for internship. This role offers flexibility with options for remote, in-person, or hybrid work arrangements. Clinical Supervision hours are included in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client's unique needs and goals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostics to determine the best course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice.
