All-Terrain Behavioral Health Group is a collaborative mental health clinic focused on the providing the community with outpatient medical and clinical psychiatric services in a highly-educated, intentional, and compassionate culture. We serve children, adolescents, adults, couples, marriages, and families. Our primary focus is an environment based on non-judgement, validation, and informed care.
Job Requirements:
Our ideal candidate is licensed (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) or pre-licensure (LPCC, MFTC, MSW with clinical therapy training) who has schedule flexibility and is able to make their own schedule. We enjoy an excellent culture and camaraderie in our clinic, and we will be interviewing intently to ensure any candidates fit our clinical values and mesh well with our existing team. We have equipment and capacity for child play therapy, EMDR, Sandtray, Art Therapy, and other similar skill sets. Candidates willing to work with children in some capacity are desired.
Hours are flexible within open office space, and contractors would be provided with a shared office space that is fully equipped to work with most populations. We are looking to fill this position immediately, though insurance credentialing may take 90 days or more depending on prior credentialing status and licensure.
General Job Responsibilities:
· Competence in legal, ethical, and moral practice of psychotherapy as defined by state and federal laws as well as governing body (APA, ACA, etc.) standards.
· Participate in regular, weekly consultation with colleagues and/or Practice Supervisors and attend bi-weekly group training (at least monthly), regardless of status of licensure.
· Therapy notes are required for each session for all clients. Session notes, assessments, evaluations, intakes, treatment plans, and other documentation must adhere to adhere to all Medicaid documentation requirements as well as best practice professional and ethical standards. This includes having notes ready for review (if unlicensed) or signed (if licensed) within 24-48 hours of client contact.
· Contracted therapists and counselors are required to maintain liability insurance and licensure, as well as secure necessary requirements to maintain licensure (CEUs, etc.).
· Willingness to see a minimum of 10 hours of direct client contact per week in an outpatient setting. Maintain a clean, safe environment to maximize therapeutic efficacy and promote client safety and professionalism.
· Flexibility with the changes that will inevitably occur as All-Terrain Behavioral Health Group continues to grow and mature.
Professional Requirements:
· A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Social Work or a related mental health field is required from an accredited university program.
· Experience providing mental health therapy for clients in a clinical setting (1-2+ years post-grad preferred)

Practice Location:
Colorado Springs:
Practice is located in Northwest Colorado Springs, in the Tiffany Square building on the Southwest corner of I-25 and Woodmen Rd.
Pueblo:
Practice is located in the Northwest Pueblo, on the northwest corner of Hwy 50 and Ridge Dr
Compensation:
Pay starts for LPCC and MFTC at 55% of secured income (insurance, private pay, etc.) once all funds are collected. Regular annual pay percentage increases are built in to the contract as well. Licensed clinicians received a 10% pay increase upon licensure. Average pay rates based on insurance reimbursement averages are between $42-$55 per contact hour for starting clinicians.
Schedule:
· We are hiring for a contract therapist looking for 15-25 hours of direct contract work- please do not apply if you are seeking full-time, salaried or hourly pay employment or if you are unable to work evenings or at least one weekend. Contractors dictate the amount of hours they would like to work, with a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Office Provided:
· All utilities including Internet
· Completely furnished waiting room, break area, and offices for conducting therapy.
· All office supplies and additional items required to provide effective therapy within reason and budget.
· SimplePractice EHR that provides access to notes, charts, etc. from any computer and a secure Telehealth platform.
· Supervision/Consultation in a group setting, as well as recurring trainings that will provide CEUs.
· Credentialing, Scheduling, and Billing assistance.
· Phone line and google voice phone number provided.
· Great office snacks!
