Group Assistant for Outdoor Kids Therapy Groups

Want a fun part-time job that allows you to do meaningful work with children while spending time outdoors in nature? Come join us at Outdoor Kids Occupational Therapy (OKOT) as a Group Assistant for our outdoor therapy groups for children ages 4-12!

This position is perfect for students with an interest in future work in occupational therapy, education, psychology, or other health-related professions.

The ideal candidate to join our team in this role:

-Is interested in a future career in occupational therapy or related fields.

-Has positive energy and experience working with children.

-Has experience or interest in working with children with special needs or developmental challenges.

-Has energy and endurance to hike, run, and play with active kids during our groups.

-LOVES the outdoors (this position is 100% outdoors in local parks, rain or shine)!

-Has reliable transportation to travel to parks in San Francisco (current services are offered in Glen Canyon Park, McLaren Park, & the Presidio).

The work schedule for this new position would be 3:30-5:30pm 3 days per week:

Tuesday in the Presidio

Wednesday in Glen Canyon Park 

Thursday in McLaren Park

+ other days as needed if you'd like to sub for others (optional)
