We’re Hiring: Application Engineer

Location: Waukesha, WI
Schedule: Full time, Monday–Friday, 100% Onsite | 25% Traveling

Join our team as an Application Engineer and become the “Go-To” expert driving custom engineered-to-order service solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead regional commercial activity and support sales to achieve business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for ongoing satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Order Handling & Project Management teams.
  • Prepare bids, pricing, and technical specifications for custom solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
  • Attend customer visits to discuss opportunities and review projects.
  • Maintain contracts and competitive feedback for your territory.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).

Experience:
1–5 years in customer-facing sales roles

ERP experience (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)

Preferred:

  • 5–10 years in marketing/sales within the electric power industry
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical and commercial bid specifications
