AGV Integration Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
I. Pre-sales Technical Support
1. Site Survey: Conduct on-site technical surveys for potential clients' projects, assess the feasibility, environmental conditions, and technical requirements of AGV deployment, and compile a list of client needs to provide a basis for quotation.
2. Solution Development and Output: Based on the site survey results and client needs, develop and output relevant project solutions, clarifying equipment selection, core functions, and implementation paths.
3. Solution Explanation: Clearly explain and demonstrate the core logic and advantages of the solution to clients, answer their technical questions, and build their trust in the company's products and technical capabilities.
II. Project Implementation and Delivery
1. Solution Execution: Lead the on-site construction organization and execution for solution implementation and acceptance.
2. Equipment Installation and Commissioning: Undertake equipment installation, commissioning, and system integration testing to ensure the expected results are achieved.
III. After-sales Support and Customer Relationship Management
1. Equipment Repair and Troubleshooting: Provide after-sales technical support for projects, quickly respond to and resolve various equipment malfunctions, and address related issues during use.
2. After-sales Business Follow-up: Independently responsible for after-sales business matters for clients in the assigned region, including quoting and negotiating prices for after-sales spare parts and services, order placement and progress, and delivery implementation after a transaction is completed.
IV. Other Work Support
1. Local Logistics Coordination: Assist Jiateng employees traveling from the China headquarters to the local area with necessary localized logistical support, including but not limited to itinerary planning and arrangements, reception, translation, and local consultation to ensure efficient and smooth business trips.
2. Other practical tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Qualifications:
1. Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Work Experience: At least one year of after-sales service experience in the electrical equipment or automation industry. Priority will be given to candidates with successful after-sales sales or business development experience, and those with experience in AGV, robotics, or intelligent logistics industries (recent graduates with excellent abilities will also be considered).
3. Professional Knowledge and Skills: Familiar with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and software systems; strong hands-on skills.
4. Personal Qualities: Honest, reliable, responsible, and a team player. Able to adapt to frequent long-term business trips and overtime work; strong stress resistance.
5. Language and Skills: Fluent in Chinese or English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing); proficient in using office software, after-sales service management systems, and ERP systems.
