Center Focused Therapy (CFT) is a group psychotherapy practice with offices located throughout the Chicagoland area. CFT is dedicated to providing the highest level of intentional, compassionate, and informed care for our diverse client population. CFT- Oak Brook is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors who are dedicated to clinical excellence, social justice and their own professional growth.

The fellowship is designed to prepare early-career clinicians for independent practice in both group and private settings. We strive to balance robust training and supervision with increasing autonomy, supporting clinicians as they:

  1. Deliver high-quality, intentional psychotherapy

As one of Chicagoland area’s leading experts in diversity training, CFT provides individual, couples, and group services to a wide range of populations. Fellows receive weekly individual supervision and group supervision with a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Supervisors represent a range of theoretical orientations and incorporate session recordings to enhance feedback and growth. Generally, team members receive feedback from supervisors, as well as other members of the Leadership team, in order to help them develop professionally.

Our team values community, transparency, and authenticity—not just in our client work, but in how we support one another. We believe in the value of community and are dedicated to building a collaborative and diverse team that upholds the values of social justice and cultural humility.
