Salary Range: $50,000 – $80,000 or $24.04 per hour – $38.46 per hour

Overview

We’re looking for sharp, motivated Professional Technological Legal Reviewers to support large-scale federal review initiatives (heavily including but not limited to FOIA). This role involves structured review of legal and administrative materials according to established guidelines and procedures.

 

The work goes beyond simple redactions and can include a variety of document review projects requiring precision and consistency.

 

The ideal candidate is quick to learn new systems, comfortable working with technology, and interested in contributing to the refinement of AI-assisted review tools within defined compliance and quality frameworks. In this role, you’ll work on-site using a proprietary legal review platform to apply review guidelines and provide structured inputs that support human-in-the-loop, AI-assisted document processing.

 

This role does not involve providing legal advice or making independent legal determinations.


Responsibilities

  • Review legal and administrative documents in accordance with established guidelines, procedures, and quality standards
  • Apply redactions, annotations, and document categorizations aligned with legal, technical, and procedural requirements
  • Quickly learn and efficiently operate a custom document review platform
  • Follow strict procedural rules and quality standards throughout the review process
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and care
  • Consistently meet established productivity and quality benchmarks
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with legal, technical, and review team members as questions or issues arise

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be eligible for a security clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, processes, and requirements quickly
  • Comfortable working in advanced digital environments and using multiple software tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and effective in a collaborative, team-based environment

  • This is an on-site role based in Washington, DC. Relocation assistance may be available for this role, subject to eligibility and company policy.
