Client Services Representative

Otogenetics is a clinical laboratory specializing in molecular and genetic testing for women's health. We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team at our Atlanta headquarters. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support to clients and territory managers, addressing needs, ensuring a positive experience across all communication channels. This position offers an excellent growth opportunity for recent college graduates interested in entering the genetics and/or medical field, as well as those looking to build a foundation for a career in medical sales.

Qualifications:

• Must be detail oriented with a can-do attitude
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Be strongly skilled in data entry, travel organization and customer service including basic math and reporting skills
• Must have outstanding interpersonal communication skills
