Discrete Mathematics Tutor

NanTech Inc. is seeking a strong and reliable Discrete Mathematics tutor during Summer 2026. The primary focus of this role is to build a deep understanding of logical reasoning and proof-based problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online tutoring sessions
• Clearly explain Discrete Math concepts step-by-step
• Focus on developing strong proof-writing and reasoning skills
• Review assignments and practice problems
• Guide the student toward independent problem-solving confidence

Required Qualifications:

• Completed Discrete Mathematics at the college level with strong performance
• Solid understanding of:
  • Logic and truth tables
  • Proof techniques (direct, contradiction, contrapositive)
  • Sets, functions, and basic combinatorics
• Ability to explain concepts in a clear, structured, and student-friendly way
• Strong communication skills and patience
