We are a nationwide private lending company providing capital to home flippers, home builders, and real estate developers. Our team moves fast, solves complex problems, and supports borrowers who rely on us to get their projects funded quickly and professionally.

Position: Onboarding Specialist
We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy professional to become the first point of contact for our borrowers. This role is critical—you set the tone for the client experience and ensure every file starts off clean, complete, and ready for underwriting.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for new borrowers
• Collect, review, and organize all borrower and corporate documents
• Assist clients with completing loan applications
• Ensure all required items are accurate and submitted for approval
• Communicate clearly and professionally with investors, builders, and developers
• Maintain a smooth, efficient intake process using modern tools and systems

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
• High attention to detail and comfort reviewing documents
• Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple files at once
• Experience in lending, real estate, or escrow is a plus but not required
