Private Advisor

Job Title: Private Advisor
Department: Tax & Accounting Team
Reports to: CPA
Job Summary
The manager is responsible of supervising the accounting department. Manager is in charge of
developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate
and timely financial statements. Accountant manages client’s accounting file, ensuring proper
preparation of financial statements for CPA review/approval. Supervisor is in charge of
overseeing tax planning of entities by interpreting tax regulations. The manager reviews all
appropriate tax returns and ensures compliance with relevant IRS regulations.
Job Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Accounting or Juris Doctor Degree
  • 5+ years of related public accounting experience.

General Accountabilities
  • Manage each account to ensure that the client has a completed profile, and that accounts are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Analyze reports for accuracy prior to review by CPA and distribution to client.
  • Serve as a resource for client/JCA requests to provide requested or required financial information and reports.
  • Advise clients on a full spectrum of International Tax services including planning, research, compliance, and transfer pricing
  • Review and manage staff deliverables such as tax planning calculations, and write-up work for all entity types.
  • Respond to IRS and state agency audits, inquires, and tax notices. Communicate with IRS and clients in connection with audits, inquires, and tax notices.
  • Communicate directly with existing clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives regarding various tax matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Follow the project manuals in accordance to the project/assignment assigned in OT.
  • Execute tasks assigned by CPA.
