Accounting Clerk

Accounting Position, working with Quickbooks, running payroll for clients and income tax work.

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Documenting transaction details
  • Entering financial transactions in databases
  • Organizing financial reports
  • Fact-checking accounting
  • Notifying senior staff of accounting errors
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Great interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with a wide range of financial transactions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
