Accounting Clerk
Accounting Position, working with Quickbooks, running payroll for clients and income tax work.
We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Documenting transaction details
- Entering financial transactions in databases
- Organizing financial reports
- Fact-checking accounting
- Notifying senior staff of accounting errors
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly
- Excellent data entry skills
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Familiarity with a wide range of financial transactions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
