We help clients to flip houses. We help them from start to finish, which is where YOU come in!
Our focus at NetWorth Realty of San Antonio is finding residential properties that make great flips and rentals. We sell these properties to investors who then fix and flip them. Annually we buy and sell more than 200 properties throughout the metroplex. Once these homes have been rehabbed, the owners often bring them back to us list and help them rent or sell. We’re looking for a hungry in-house listing and buyer’s agent who can help us build our listing brokerage. We have the ability to convert many more of these listings than we are presently taking advantage of. Additionally, each of these listings provides a great source for even more buyer leads.
A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, a commitment to high-level customer service, and a desire to be part of a team are absolutely essential.
This position does NOT work weekends!

Requirements of an NWR Listing Agent:
- This is a full-time position.
- Texas Licensed Real Estate Salesperson – 2+ years experience
- Desire and Ability to work with a team, while still being able to drive your professional growth
- Strong work ethic and desire to be successful
- Commitment to a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Honesty and integrity

- Networking and Communicating with Sellers and Buyers
- Analyzing markets and housing trends
- Negotiating contracts
- PC proficient including internet, social media, word, excel, MLS
