Operations Specialist (TikTok Livestream), University Graduate - 2022 Start

The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

Role:
As part of the US LIVE Operations Team, the Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that TikTok LIVE has a stable supply of Live-focused content creators for the US region. This role will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring top Live creators as well as building programs and activations to deepen the relationship with existing top Live creators, MCN agencies as well as streaming events.

Responsibilities:
- Support the development of livestream business, participate in the planning and execution of influencer, agency and live event operations.
- Engage and guide livestreamers and MCN agencies to generate quality content.
- Plan and acquire local activities to improve content richness within the region.
- Familiar with the psychology of livestreamers and users, understand the characteristics of local users, make constructive and exploratory suggestions, and optimize user experience.
- Regularly conduct market research, optimize the content and activity operation, and propose new ways of local operations.

Qualifications
- Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
- Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on teaching creators how to grow and thrive
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
- Excel and data knowledge
- Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives

Preferred Qualifcations:
- Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
- Overseas education or work experience preferred
- Internship experience within Internet/entertainment/technology companies or data operations is preferred
- Curiosity and strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Mandarin language ideal, but not required
