Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience working with children/students on behavior management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Behavior Tech certification / experience
- Experience in a school environment or classroom setting

Primary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of effective behavior support strategies.
- Support students individually or in small groups.
- Work as part of a classroom team to support academic instruction and behavioral intervention plans.
- Collect data on behavior and/or academic achievement under the direction of the special education teacher/school psychologist.
- Implement behavior strategies in alignment with the behavior intervention plan.
- Provide training and support to school staff for implementing behavior support strategies.
