Thermal Design Engineer

1. Responsible for performing thermal design evaluation, simulating and testing of the whole system and heat dissipation components;

2. Compose test and evaluation standards for heat dissipation components used in the system, and select and certify them;

3. Solve problems related to thermal design in laboratories and production lines;

4. Research and intorduce of new materials and processes for heat dissipation.

1. Fresh doctoral graduates from local or overseas university. Education Background: Heat energy/fluid mechanics/thermal control/power engineering/engineering thermophysics/low temperature and refrigeration and other related majors;

2. Excellent academic performance, strong learning ability and knowledge transfer ability for new things and professional knowledge;

3. Professional ability requires one or more of the following:

- Have a solid theoretical basis for thermal design;

- Master thermal simulation tools (FLOTHERM/ICEPAK) and structural design software (CAD/PROE), etc.;

- Familiairity with thermal testing instruments and thermal testing methods.

Bonus item:

Experience in using electrical measurement tools such as oscilloscope and multimeter.
