Marketing Coordinator

GENERAL SUMMARY:

In this exciting position, you are part of the team responsible for the marketing activities in the United States. You work closely with the US Marketing & Customer Success Manager and the marketing team at our headquarters in Switzerland to make sure that our US customers feel excited about our products and services every step of the way. Your responsibilities include:

  • Promotional and digital marketing activities

  • You plan and organize regional exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and customer appreciation events and are present at those events for administration, catering, and customer retention activities
  • You update the US specific pages on our website
  • You manage US promotional and training material to support the customer facing teams

  • Customer Retention

  • You update and maintain the quality of marketing relevant CRM data
  • You write and send the customer newsletters in coordination with the global team
  • You evaluate customer satisfaction surveys

  • Corporate Communication

  • You send the monthly internal newsletters
  • You plan and coordinate corporate events

  • Branding

  • You are responsible for the look and feel of all customer facing materials and actions, making sure they align with corporate branding guidelines and represent the brand image
  • You manage the design for all locally produced merchandise
  • You are responsible for employee branding and teach them the corporate brand guidelines

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA):

  • Master's degree in marketing communication or similar qualification
  • Business driven and strong customer centric mindset
  • Hands-on mentality and a joy in multitasking
  • A flair for engaging copywriting and a strong stylistic ability with a very good sense for look, feel and tonality
  • Solid knowledge of Office-programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), InDesign knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with CRM (D365) and Content Management Systems (Magnolia, Frontify) is a plus
  • Willingness to learn new things and strong interest in the medical environment, experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
  • The role requires national and international travel (multiple days at a time)
