Marketing & Customer Success Manager

Job Summary:

In this exciting position, you lead the Marketing & Customer Success team responsible for the marketing activities in the United States. You and your team work closely with the marketing team at our headquarters in Switzerland as well as the local Sales and Clinical teams to make sure that our US customers feel excited about our products and services every step of the way. Your responsibilities include:

  • Marketing communication

  • You plan and implement all local promotional activities such as product launches and customer testimonials
  • You create local advertising and sponsoring campaigns for the US market, incl. monitoring of their outcome and effectiveness

  • Market analysis

  • You assess the market potential for different product categories and develop competitive sales and marketing strategies
  • You obtain and evaluate customer feedback regarding further development of products and services
  • You identify unmet customer needs and help to develop a storyline around our solutions to meet their needs

  • Customer Retention

  • You plan and coordinate all customer retention activities and develop the strategy further

  • Branding

  • You help to strengthen the brand Hamilton Medical in the US with market specific activities

Required skills and abilities:

  • Master's degree in marketing or similar qualification
  • Leadership experience in a similar position in the B2B environment
  • Business driven and strong customer centric mindset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Hands-on mentality and a joy in multitasking
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Strong interest in the medical environment
  • Experience in respiratory care, critical care and/or the medical device industry is a plus
  • The role requires national and international travel (30 - 50%)
