Marketing Coordinator
The Position
iD Tech is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing efforts in acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate is a curious, high-judgment, and self-motivated marketer. You will support project management, production, and publishing of email, web, and digital communication in this role. To be successful, you should manage multiple projects, produce communications according to defined timelines and templates, and own ongoing tasks related to projects and campaigns. A track record of on-time delivery of projects coupled with the ability to operate independently and autonomously is key to the success of this role. This position is ultimately responsible for the successful coordination of email marketing campaigns, including the production schedule and all audience testing and targeting components. In addition to working closely with the Growth Marketing team, you will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Client Services, Traditional Marketing, and Design.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provides project management and production support for marketing communications.
- Owns communication task management, permissions, and daily administrative tasks associated with owned channels and team processes.
- Tracks production milestones to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Proactively manages projects, schedules, and priorities to ensure issues are resolved, and decisions are made to meet timeline expectations.
- Develops and distribute essential information and materials on owned internal channels
- Facilitates the QA process by reviewing and approving all campaign test files, providing approval for deployment, and ensuring flawless execution of all campaigns and test scenarios.
- Provides ad hoc support for projects on the team related to communication tracking, measurement, and gathering feedback.
The Qualifications
- BA or BS in Marketing, or related field. Related experience will be considered in lieu of related education.
- 2+ years of related Marketing experience or 2+ years of project management or communications experience
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Willing to get work done, even when at times it’s outside the scope of the job
- Editing and development of basic HTML in existing templates a plus
- Knowledge of email marketing principles and platforms is a plus
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
