POSITION SUMMARY:             
 
Are you looking for an opportunity to get in the door at a growing company? Kemper is looking for someone just like you! As part of the Kemper Policy Service team, you will be part of a team that delivers on a promise to provide exceptional service to our Life and Health insurance policy holders! In this Full-Time Customer Service position, you will primarily be responsible for processing incoming requests from our clients.
 
Located at our Kemper office in the Westport are of St. Louis MO.
Hours are Monday - Friday – with multiple shift options including the option to choose a four day work week.
 
LOCATION: This position is located in the Westport area of St. Louis, MO.
 
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Thoroughly review, research and update policy information in accordance with policy standards
  • Data entry of policy information from incoming client requests
  • Process insurance notices timely through appropriate methods
  • Perform and complete special projects as assigned
  • Effectively manage daily workload within necessary service levels
  • Other duties as assigned
 
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1+ years of general clerical/office work experience or equivalent coursework
  • High school diploma or equivalent
