Sales Coordinator

Rooster Teeth is looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales and account management teams. As a Sales Coordinator, you will work with both sellers and account managers to directly support our clients and new sales deals. You will act as the day-to-day point person for these teams pulling data, managing IOs, helping to resolve inventory conflicts, and maintaining our rate card and show viewership stats. 

The ideal candidate would have a passion for and knowledge of YouTube, podcasting, media, and digital entertainment. The candidate would also have a proven track record of personal and/or professional growth to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sellers with media plan development
  • Create IOs and confirm podcast inventory availability
  • Work directly with clients to revise IOs with errors or availability conflicts
  • Check for category exclusivity conflicts when applicable
  • Manage and update our sales materials and rate cards with accurate, timely data
  • Assist in pre-sales campaign research and forecasting
  • Keep a pulse on the industry and know who our competitors are
  • Understand and be able to speak to the services Rooster Teeth offers and knows when to loop in supervisor for add-on opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience preferred
  • Avid and passionate online media and podcast consumer with knowledge of YouTube, Spotify, Apple, and iHeartRadio platforms and content
  • Avid and passionate social media consumer with knowledge of Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and Facebook/MetaQuick learner in order to stay up-to-date with fast-paced sales environment
  • Work and cross-function with sales, business development, and account teams when applicable
  • Highly organized in order to maintain schedules, product delivery and data needed to implement sales campaigns
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and manage client expectations
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work in a work-from-home environment
  • Proficiency in AirTable a plus
