Sales Development Representative

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to join our Team. You’ll work in For Worth, TX location.
 
You’ll possess passion for selling, outstanding communication skills and a confident, can-do attitude.  

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be playing a key role in helping Simpli.fi achieve our growth plan. You will work as part of the outbound prospecting team, making outbound calls, reaching out to prospect and scheduled qualified meeting’s.  

This role is a direct path into a Sales Executive role. The top performers from our SDR team will be considered for advancement.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Source new business pipeline and revenue through outbound prospecting efforts; such as cold calling 
  • High sales activity role with daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for calls, emails and fixed weekly targets 
  • Ensure each appointment is well qualified and an opportunity for the Sales Executives
  • Take a proactive approach to your own day and performance
  • Work in a fast pace sales environment


YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Drive and motivation, looking to learn and grow within a sales environment
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and the ability to think on your feet 
  • Skillful objection handling techniques and ability to operate at all levels in an organization
  • Strong communication skills, notably being able to explain value propositions to identified key decision-makers 
  • High level of time management skills
  • Be able to convey personal credibility and create an instant impact 
  • Enjoy speaking on the telephone and able to express excitement when connecting with others
