Marketing Coordinator
About the Role
Waller Group is a commercial real estate brokerage headquartered in Dallas, TX. We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing including website, physical materials, presentations and digital design, and online presence.
The Marketing Coordinator will work in-office full time. This is a new position due to the company's growth, so the ideal candidate will have high levels of initiative in this role. There is also opportunity to advance or increase responsibilities depending on contribution to the team.
Responsibilities
· Manage company's online presence including social media initiatives, google analytics, running ad campaigns, etc.
· Improve company's current marketing presentation through enhancing graphics, creating infographics, optimizing digital design.
· Contribute new marketing strategies
· Monitor ROI on ads and third-party listing sites.
· Manage lead generation by optimizing property listing techniques.
· Manage launches of new listings through SharpLaunch, LoopNet, Crexi, etc.
· Monitor listing performance and manage marketing timeline for each property.
Qualifications
· Digital design abilities
· Experienced with wordpress websites
· 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities
· Knowledge of all social networking platforms
· Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 depending on experience. Bonus opportunities may be available.
