Sanford Bemidji – Neilson Place is looking to add to its team, and is looking for a Neighborhood Manager to oversee its 18 bed post-acute Mulberry Neighborhood. In this new position, the Neighborhood Manager will be responsible for the oversite of the care and clinical outcomes for the 18 residents who reside on their post-acute Neighborhood. They will also be responsible for the direct oversite of their neighborhood staff, including leading, managing and developing them. This position will be a member of Neilson Place’s interdisciplinary team and play a vital role in ensuring high quality care and services are provided to our residents. Preference will be given to applicants with strong clinical skills and knowledge in post-acute/acute care, hospice and experience in leading and managing staff.
