Our Specialty Care Community provides rehabilitation therapy in both our young adult and geriatric communities following a hospitalization or serious illness.

In this role you will Manage our TCU a 32 bed setting split into two 16 bed units.

With a total staff of 35 full and part time RN's, CNA's, and a social worker.

Shifts are usually M-F from 8am to 5pm with some limited evening and weekend hours depending on facility needs.
