Sales Development / Inside Sales Representative

WHO WE NEED
We are growing our Sales Development / Inside Sales team! This team is the first touch on all sales leads and is responsible for defining and understanding the needs of our customers and prospective customers. We work closely with field sales and marketing to promote and support events and trade shows.
This position lays the foundation for a successful technology solutions sales career. The Day to Day
·       Learn and stay current on MLC CAD Systems service and solution offerings, the benefits they provide, and their value to our customers
·       Establish and manage a sales pipeline through inbound and outbound lead qualification
·       Prospect new accounts and existing customer base through phone calls, emails, online chat, and social media
·       Schedule and hold online meetings and demos
·       Work with Marketing and the local sales teams to promote events and other lead generating activities
·       Accurately maintain and update customer and prospect accounts in (CRM) database
·       Work and follow up on leads with persistence and drive
