Student & Family Support Team Social Worker or Professional Counselor
PRIMARY PURPOSE
To provide services that help LISD students and families achieve a sense of safety, stability and healthy wellbeing in order to be successful in school.
GENERAL QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES Education/Certification/Experience:
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling. LCSW, LPC or LMFT preferred
- Valid Texas social worker, LPC or LMFT license
- Experience providing therapeutic services preferred
- Experience as a social worker or professional counselor in a school setting preferred
- Bilingual preferred
