Therapeutic Childcare Specialist

Helping Hand Home for Children has been serving Texas children since 1893. We offer residential services and therapeutic foster care, and we're located in Austin's historic Hyde Park neighborhood.

HHH uses the TCU Trust-Based Relationship Intervention model as the foundation of our program. A paid training program is provided and we have a new hire class starting January 23rd.

This role might be a good fit for people interested in direct care, child development, trauma-informed care, mental health, attachment theory and practice, social work, relationship-based therapy, treatment planning, or life skills coaching.
