Human Resources Assistant Manager

Job Summary

  • Assist HR Manager in all functions of HR including managerial, recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance and training. Acts on behalf of the HR Manager when HR Manager is out of office or when assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Manager and rest of HR team to ensure HR Processes are completed timely with a high level of accuracy.
  • Oversees the coordination annual trainings based on job requirements of appropriate staff resources and talent to meet business needs.
  • Assist with the creation, documentation, and implementation of HR policies and processes. Conduct annual review and recommend changes as needed to Management.
  • Assist HR Manager with handling grievances and resolving disputes that may arise.
  • Prepare confidential reports for management and headquarters.
  • Assists the HR Team to delivers on HR KPIs and Metrics.
  • Maintain employee records, databases and company organization charts.
  • Assist with processing TN Visas letters, invitation letters and passports as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Participate in community engagements as needed.
  • Support and advocate the company's commitment to QHSE.

Experience and knowledge required

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
