Sales Graduate Trainee Program - Bicycle Tires

***This position is a 12-month international rotation (Germany, USA, and more) trainee program, and will transition to a permanent sales position at the conclusion. Program will begin based at corporate office in Fort Mill, SC in January 2023 or June 2023. We have similar roles for Agriculture Tires, Bicycle Tires, Motorcycle Tires, and Racing Tires***

Our global Sales Graduate Program provides you a unique opportunity of 12 months development in our Specialty Tires markets with excellent Sales career opportunities afterwards. 

The learning journey is offering you local and global business assignments, functional trainings, product know-how related to Bicycle as well as professional networking within our international organization.

 

Main Focus

•You are developing into the role of a Sales Representative.

•You are focusing on customer centricity.

•You are experiencing job-shadowing in day-to-day sales and marketing business.

•You are driving the successful implementation of your local and global business assignments.

•You are applying knowledge of relevant trainings and workshops.

•You are building up a supportive network within our global Business Area Specialty Tires.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
  • Bicycle enthusiast
  • High skills of social competence, communication and intercultural awareness
  • Customer focused
  • Hands-on driven
  • Strong ownership, solution-oriented mindset
  • Continental is able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity
  • Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters degree in business administration or similar
  • 2+ years related professional experience in sales or related field
  • International experience
