Our agency seeks marketers to make outbound calls to market insurance services and grow the social media presence of the agency. You will have the opportunity to work in a successful agency, learn about the insurance industry, and be provided with opportunities for future long-term career advancement. You will also have the opportunity to acquire Insurance Industry Texas licenses. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Call potential customers through the phone system. 
  • Input customer information into the CRM system 
  • Forward customer information to the agent
  • Keep track of information and appointment times
  • Analyze customer needs. 
  • Analyze social media engagement data 
  • Identifying trends in customer interactions in social media
  • Plan digital campaigns to build community online

 

Candidate Qualifications:

Position open to ALL MAJORS. Undergrad and Graduate students. Highly encourage Business and Communication Major students to apply.
