Union Benefits Representative
American Income Life is the largest provider of life and supplemental benefits for working families through established relationships with unions and associations across the United States since 1951. Our company is growing rapidly as we are now offering remote positions which allows us to service families from all time zones across the country. This is an entry level position with a starting potential annual income of $60,000 - $100,000+.
Responsibilities:
- Helping customers by providing product and service information
- Answer customer questions regarding their coverage
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Regularly review these agreements in an effort to develop a more cost-effective plan
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields(not required)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
