Registered Nurse, Hospice

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Hospice RNs strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.

The care provided by our Hospice team allows people to pass with dignity in their own homes, in familiar surroundings, with those they love by their side. You will have the opportunity to connect and build trusting relationships with your patients and their families while providing them with support during this journey.  You will collaborate with the Hospice team to provide compassionate care, pain and symptom management, and emotional and spiritual support – offering stability and comfort when and where it’s needed most.  The person needs to be able to work autonomously and as a team, have interpersonal and communication skills, and have a true passion and desire to care for end-of-life patients to ensure their needs are met.

Why Hospice
"I absolutely fell in love with hospice and the special time you spend with patients and families at end of life.  It's such a unique area of nursing, patients and families are so appreciative of every moment you spend with them." ~St. Luke's Hospice RN
