Assistant Designer - Research

Responsibilities
•    Assists the team as advised in trend research for various product categories, events, celebrations, etc..
•    Research and identify macro trends and innovations that support the business strategy
•    Transform sophisticated ideas and data into clear, concise and visually compelling narratives.
•    Build and present impactful reports 
•    Lead and build processes to collect, organize and share information (i.e: Photo sharing streams and file management) 
•    Collaborate with multiple internal functions and develop strategic partnerships
•    Organizes samples as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience
•    Experience in design, communication, retail, or a comparable experience 
•    Curious, versed and on top of current trends in Fashion, Beauty, Design and other various topics
•    Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and be a fast learner 
•    Efficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft tools
•    Strong collaboration skills to partner with the trend designer, senior designer and director
•    Strong organization, analytical and communication skills
•    Storytelling and copywriting 
•    Experience with sustainable and circular design is a plus

Education
•    Bachelor’s degree in Art, Visual Communication, Fashion, or Graphic Design preferred
