The Top Gun Program- Seeking Early Professionals

The Top Gun Program 

The Cornerstone Top Gun Program grants ambitious early professionals the unique opportunity to step into an executive role, shaping their future as business leaders. Candidates will be challenged and evaluated on their ability to exceed their potential as business leaders entailing the key roles of an Operating Director, such as, marketing, recruiting, and scheduling. Operating Directors at Cornerstone Caregiving not only manage but actively expand a branch of the company, relishing in uncapped growth, a lucrative compensation package, and exposure to every facet of business development in our thriving industry. 

 

Program Outline

Compensation: Receive a full budget for travel, lodging and meals plus $1,000 per week! 

Duration: 5 weeks

Week 1: Founder led corporate Training in Waco,TX.

Week 2-5: Immersion in branch operations (anywhere in the U.S.)

**NOTE: MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE. Territories are based on extensive market research previously conducted by Cornerstone.

  • Candidates will be paired with an operating director to learn and assume all functions of the operating director role
  • Candidates will work full-time, assuming the operating director position
  • The top gun team will conduct and schedule performance based check-ins with the operating director and candidate, receiving and providing feedback
  • Candidates advance weekly if they are meeting expectations

EOW 5: *Final Presentation in Waco, TX: A comprehensive overview of program experience & final in-person interview with founders and corporate leaders.

*Upon successful completion of the final presentation, the candidate will receive an OD Job offer on the spot and will begin the onboarding process. 

  

Program Highlights

 

1. Compensation:

All expenses for travel, meals, and lodging are covered for the entire 5-week program

In addition to all travel being covered candidates receive a weekly stipend of $1000

2. Competition:

This program fosters competition with a performance-based scoring system

The ability to compete against the top young professionals in the U.S.

Candidates are graded from day one until completion

3. Training:

Kick-off the first week with founder-led corporate training in Waco, TX

The following 4 weeks include working under a current Operating Director with a proven history of success in one of our nationwide offices

Gain hands-on experience in high-level decision-making, including hiring and firing

Take ownership of a P&L statement, learning essential financial management skills

4. Mentorship:

Participants benefit from one-on-one mentorship from experienced directors

Gain valuable insights and consistent feedback throughout the program

5. Career Growth:

A chance to walk away with all the knowledge and tools you need to lead, develop, and grow a company
