Description and Requirements

 

We are hiring an entry level Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Morrisville, NC. This role will assist with the development and implementation of Lenovo’s Employee Relations strategy and help create a safe and inclusive workplace for all. This is a hybrid position and will require onsite presence 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Help oversee internal investigations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies.
  • Develop and provide training to the HR organization about Employee Relations initiatives and policies.
  • Provide support and guidance for Employee Relations issues and disputes.
  • Conduct investigations for employee complaints and provide recommendations for disciplinary solutions.
  • Educate managers and HR Partners to avoid future risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field
  • Previous internship experience in Human Resources
  • Previous Employee Relations experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information
