Outside Sales Representative (Full Time)

Responsibilities Include: 

· Present Home Automation options and services to new homeowners

 · Provide excellent customer service in an ethical and professional manner

 · Manage a provided Lead Route 

· Ability to work flexible hours

Consider the following:

 · 85% of our current sales managers started their career in the sales representative position and were promoted from within

 · These promotions happened on average in less than one year's time

 · Our average sales manager earned $153,700 last year 

Compensation: Uncapped commissions are paid weekly. 

The role is 100% commission and performance-based. The average commission payout is $426 per package. 

The average Sales Representative sells 9.3 packages a month. 

Monthly sales bonuses range from $1,000-$5,000 Above average performers represent 50% of our sales teams.

 Above-average performers range from $71,000-$123,000.
