Case Manager

Performs minimally complex social service work. Responsible for authorizing services, oversight of services and evaluating the effectiveness of authorized services. Works under moderate supervision with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Provides skills/psychosocial rehabilitation to clients authorized for such services.

At Center’s discretion, may be required to work from the office, in the community, or via telework to effectively accomplish regular case manager job duties. Position may include cross coverage and assignment to serve in other programs to provide treatment services.

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University with a major in social work, psychology, or a field to human behavior. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
