Maximo DBA/Analyst Senior - 3252

This position is located at Patrick Space Force Base.

This position is eligible for a hybrid telecommuting schedule.  
 

Essential Functions

  • Map current processes to improve existing Maximo applications and enhance current business operations for Logistics and Maintenance
  • Recommend, develop and expand usage of under-utilized Maximo functions which sustain daily operations
  • Research, identify, and assist in the formulation of recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion
  • Recommend Maximo system enhancements such as database changes, workflow changes, configuration changes
  • Participate in planning, testing, deploying future Maximo Enterprise Asset Management implementations
  • Contribute to training sessions with end users to understand asset management requirements and to help design a solution that meets their needs
  • Track project goals and implementation of enhancements to completion
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Excellent time management and analytical skills
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both oral and written

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Logistics Management or related; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five years of experience in DOD Logistics analysis or business operations
  • Three years of experience using IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management Software
  • Three years of experience leading cross-functional teams and project management
  • Sound knowledge of Java development skills and experience with JavaScript, including creating user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java based components and interfaces.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Maximo Certification preferred
  • The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License
